When I listed my condo, I chose a Realtor who:
- hired a staging consultant for us (we then chose to stage fully)
- had professional photos and video done
- sent postcards out through the neighbourhood with my listing and open house information
- had professional feature sheets on hand for visitors
- did a floorplan
- held an agents’ open
Our condo sold for $32k above asking (and it wasn’t underpriced)!
Why settle for less marketing than that.
